Calling all readers, shoppers, and cozy-evening enthusiasts. Join us for the return of Bookish Bazaar at Old Stove Gardens!

Join us for the return of Bookish Bazaar at Old Stove Gardens—an evening dedicated to books, creativity, and community and this time the theme is Academia, Fantasy, Dark Romance, Horror, Mystery, and Thriller.

Our indoor event space will be filled with book-inspired vendors, local makers, and plenty of opportunities to discover something new. Browse curated reads, shop literary goods, and connect with fellow book lovers while enjoying a drink from the bar.

Samantha Jon (2:00p-4:00p)

Samantha Jon is an upmarket romance & fiction author whose work reflects her distinct voice, marked by lyrical prose, dark humor, and deep emotional connections.

Her stories explore self-exploration, bone-deep love, and finding peace in life’s imperfections. She aims to leave readers with a bittersweet ache and characters that linger in their minds long after the final page.

Dana Evyn is the author of The Mirrored Trilogy, a now complete fae romantasy series. She lives in Kirkland

J.A.W. McCarthy (2:00p-4:00p)

J.A.W. McCarthy is a two-time Bram Stoker Award and two-time Shirley Jackson Award finalist and author of Sometimes We’re Cruel and Other Stories and Sleep Alone. Her short fiction has appeared in numerous publications, including Vastarien, PseudoPod, Split Scream Vol. 3, The Dark, and The Best Horror of the Year Vol 13.

Lily Cooke (2:00p-4:00p)

LILY COOKE is an eclectic soul hailing from the Pacific Northwest. She has dedicated her work to creating riveting, dark worlds for readers to lose themselves in, much like the ones she gets lost in herself.

When Cooke isn’t writing, reading Stephen King books, or watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer, she can be found in her Hobbit room dreaming up the next journey or tending to her cats and rabbits. Her debut horror novel A Single Beat is set for release October 2026.

Runa Sato (4:30p-6:30p)

Runa Sato is a paranormal monster romance author living and writing in the PNW with her two corgis.

She writes cozy dark stories about monsters and their mates and hires human artists to create art to depict the beat moments.

Coral Moore (4:30p-6:30p)

Coral Alejandra Moore writes fantasy & paranormal romance filled with found family and queer characters. All of her books are kissing books.

She lives with the love of her life in a forested glen filled with butterflies and birdsong where most days she pretends to be a princess.
