Come join us for Lost The Plot's virtual book club, led by Yoly! Make friends, discover new books, and diversify your reading.
We meet on the first Monday of the month at 6:30pm on Discord.
How Book Club Works:
We'll meet once a month* at 6:30pm PST (virtually for now, with potential for in-person/virtual hybrid mix in the future) to chat about the previous month's book and choose the book for the following month.
Every month will have its own theme with 3 book choices across multiple genres for you to vote on.
When it's time to meet, just join the Book Club VC chat. Feel free to join a few minutes before to get yourself situated and chat with any other early birds before it begins!
The first 15 minutes will be reserved for brief introductions and just chatting/getting to know each other. Then, the following 30-40 minutes will be reserved for chatting about the book and any related discussions.
Finally, we'll reserve 5-10 minutes at the end to vote on the next book.
When it's over, you're more than welcome to stay & chat or head off for the night!

Please be mindful, respectful, and courteous to everyone. Allow space for people to speak & add their opinions. Any rule violations will result in one warning, and then a kick/ban from the Discord.
Please mute yourself when not talking or use push-to-talk.
You may also use the embedded text chat for the voice channel to express your opinions.
While related tangents are allowed, we may nudge you back on topic as needed to keep things on track.
